Kelsey Pony Lati-Rika made neighs when she's in her yellow ranger suit in Pony Rangers Lightspeed Rescue beause she's a unicorn pony like Twilight Sparkle and Rarity are in Ponyville in Equestria. She knows the Great and Powerful Trixie is unicorn pony, too. Kelsey kicks the apples off the trees at Sweet Apple Acres by helping Applejack at her apple farm along with Apple Bloom and Big Mac.

Kelsey: Neigh. User risinggundam wants to huggle me, I love huggles from girls and I also love fun things because that's what Rainbow Dash said, she says she loves fun things in the episode Suited for Success. I like Applejack, she says that she's wearing the same Power Ranger suit as I am. I know Twilight Sparkle's illusion is where she has failed. Therefore, that illusion of Twilight Sparkle's is giving Chad a headache.
