Team Rocket - Westbourne Twins

I made the Westbourne Twins of Team Rocket in Pokémon. Twin sisters Heather and Robin are both pretty in pink as they both show their belly buttons. Just like the Biskit Twins in Littlest Pet Shop, they both have the same hairstyle, the same eye color, and the same personality. She and her twin sister are from Leeds, Yorkshire in Northern England. They go up against Ms. Valerie Frizzle and her old friends anytime and anywhere near them including their hometown in the United Kingdom.
